Naya Pakistan Housing Project: Registration forms available at designated NADRA offices

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The application forms for registration at Naya Pakistan Housing project can be obtained from designated offices of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) from today (Thursday).
According to details, an applicant needs to provide his/her complete information including name, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number, monthly income and residential address for registration.
The form will be available at Rs.250.
Initially, 0.5m low cost houses will be built under the soft launch initiative of project.
In the first phase of the project, Faisalabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Swat, of Punjab, Sindh, Baluhistan and KPK respectively in addition to Muzaffarabad, Islamabad and Gilgit have been selected for proportionate share of all provinces in the soft launch of the project.
Addressing the launching ceremony of project Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan said that the target of the government is to ensure provision of five million low cost houses for the under-privileged in five-year duration, adding that the project will bring about prosperity in the country.
“It will also attract local and foreign investments and stimulate about forty related industries,” he said adding that the project will help around 40 industries to grow.
