Lieutenant General Asim Munir appointed as DG ISI

Pakistan Army has made appointments and transfers on important slots.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Lieutenant General Asim Munir on Wednesday has been appointed as Director General Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Azhar Saleh Abbasi has been posted as Chief of Logistics Staff, GHQ while Lieutenant General Nadeem Zaki has been appointed as Commander Mangla Corps.
The army’s media wing also announced that Lieutenant General Shaheen Mazher has been made Commander Peshawar Corps and Lieutenant General Abdul Aziz took charge as Military Secretary GHQ.
