SECP grants permission to PRCL for re-takaful operations

Pakistan Re-Insurance Company Limited is country’s only Re-Insurance company in the field.
(Web Desk) - Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted permission to Pakistan Re-Insurance Company Limited (PRCL) for re-takaful operations, Radio Pakistan reported.
Earlier, there was no institution in Pakistan to protect the re-takaful for the Takaful and Window-Takaful operators.
Pakistan Re-Insurance Company Limited is country’s only Re-Insurance company in the field, which is playing its role in national economy.
