21 luxury vehicles recovered from Saifur Rehman's textile mills

Customs Intelligence recovered 21 vehicles from Nawaz Sharif close aide Saifur Rehman’s textile mill

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Customs Intelligence on Monday night recovered 21 luxury vehicles from the compound of a textile mills owned by former Accountability Bureau chief Saifur Rehman, Dunya News reported.

The luxury vehicles were recovered from deserted building of Redco Textile Mills situated in Callar Syedan area of Rawalpindi. Saifur Rehman, a close aide of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, owns the textile mills.

According to Customs Intelligence officials, more than 40 luxury vehicles were parked in the textile mills building out of which 20 were shifted to some other place before the opersation.

Sources informed that all the vehicles bearing the number plates of Qatar Embassy. Sources further informed that the operation was conducted on the orders of DG Customs Intelligence Shaukat Ali.

It is pertinent to mention here that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is already investigating a case against Redco Textile Mills.
