QUETTA (Web Desk) – In the history of Pakistan, first-ever woman judge Justice Syeda Tahira Safdar sworn in as Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) in Quetta today (Saturday).
Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai administered oath to her in a ceremony held at Governor House.
The ceremony was attended by the outgoing Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Muhammad Noor Miskanzai, other judges, high ranking officials, lawyers and elites of the city.
