Militants firing leaves three policemen injured in Peshawar
At least 3 security officials were injured when militants attacked their mobile van in Matni area of Peshawar, Dunya News reported on Monday. The mobile was attacked when policemen were on routine patrolling. The militants ambushed the van and opened indiscriminately firing on them, leaving 3 officials including an SHO injured. After getting information, police party reached the spot; however, militants fled the scene in the dark night. Police have started the search operation while the injured have been shifted to the hospital.
