An underwater quake hit an area 150 kilometres north east from Tokyo and shook buildings in the capital.A warning of tsunami has been issued by the Japanese authorities. Tsunami is expected to hit the Northern Shore.The Japanese army has been directed to evacuate the population from the northern areas.Meanwhile, another blast has been heard in Fukushima Atomic Energy plant which has been clouded with smoke.
