Karachi: police violence against Shia protestors

All Pakistan Shia Action Committee protested Tuesday against ban on website at Namaish Chaurangi.

Police did aerial firing and shelling in order to disperse the people who were holding protest demonstration for their cause.According to sources, the demonstrators also blocked MA Jinnah Road by torching tyres and putting stumbling blocks on road.As a result, the flow of general traffic stopped, causing problems for passengers. In such situation, the police used blind force including aerial firing and shelling in order to restore law and order situation.
