EC fails to prepare lists of voters

Election Commission could not complete the lists of voters despite five days in polls.

Rs 50 million have been spent on preparation of voters’ lists but EC could not prepare the voter list of LA 30 Jammun and LA 36 Wadi. Besides, it also could not issue the notification of Presiding and Polling officers for the two seats in Karachi. 16,000 employees deployed on election duties can post their votes from today.It is worth-mentioning that 626 polling stations out of 4351 have been declared more sensitive while 886 as sensitive.
