Sri Lankan team reaches Pakistan for Asia Kabaddi Cup

Pakistan Kabaddi Federation officials received the team at the Allama Iqbal International Airport.

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Sri Lanka kabaddi team reached Pakistan on Sunday night to participated in the Asia Kabaddi Cup which will be staged in Wah. Officials of the Pakistan Kabaddi Federation received the Lankan team at the Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.

Pakistan will defend its Asia Kabaddi Cup title in the event which is scheduled to be held in Wah from May 2 (today) to May 6. Pakistan won the 2012 event after beating India in the final played in Lahore.

Seven top teams from Asia, including Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Iran, Nepal, Afghanistan and Turkmenistan, are participating in the event.
