LAHORE (Dunya News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal on Tuesday said that the anti-graft watchdog has not badly impacted the economy but the corrupt elements were affecting the economy.

NAB Lahore Director General Shahzad Saleem briefed the meeting presided over by Bureau’s chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal about mega corruption cases.

The NAB chairman said that the position and recommendation ends outside the gate of office.

He said that the anti-graft watchdog has not badly impacted the economy but the corrupt elements were affecting the economy.

Justice Iqbal said that the agreements had been signed with foreign companies in the past instead of awarding tenders to Pakistani companies.
