Seeing the banners and party slogans displayed in streets, one still gets the impression that the elections are either yet to come even though that is far from the truth. Torn up posters, worn out party flags and rugged slogans have stolen the limelight away from various beautiful streets of Pakistan.

Talking to Dunya News, concerned citizens said that the outdated banners add a very negative image to the otherwise attractive streets. “The banners are still up and it looks like the administration is completely unaware of this. I can only imagine when these banners will finally come off. They look very unappealing.”

Another agitated person said: “The Municipal Corporation should have taken immediate action to take these party posters off. They still have time to do so, so they should act as soon as possible.”

The people have definitely spoken up and have voiced their collective opinion on the matter because all of them feel that the election frenzy is over and so everything related to the polls should be taken care off as soon as possible.
