Farhatullah Babar has reacted to Musharraf's allegations against Zadari
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party spokesperson Farhatullah Babar has said on Friday that former army chief Pervez Musharraf is an absconder and he could not face the courts.
Statement of the party’s spokesman has come in after Musharraf alleged that Asif Ali Zardari, co-chairman of the people’s party and former president orchestrated the assassination of first woman prime minister of Pakistan Benazir Bhutto.
In reaction to Musharraf’s allegations, Zardari said that if Musharraf is brave enough he should come to Pakistan and appear before the courts.
“After the murder of Murtaza Bhutto, people accused me and the late Benazir Bhutto for his murder,” he said.
Musharraf had alleged on Thursday (September 21) that Zardari orchestrated killings of both Murtaza Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto. He said that Zardari gained alot after the death of Benazir.
