Karachi: 9 accused arrested during police operation
Police carried out operation in different areas of Karachi on Wednesday and arrested nine accused.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Crackdown against criminal elements in Karachi continues and nine accused, including three drug peddlers, were apprehended during police operation in different parts of the city on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
Officials from SITE Police Station and Super Market police arrested six accused during separate operations. Police sources said that the arrested accused were wanted in several cases of robberies. Police also recovered arms and narcotics from the arrested persons.
Police also conducted an operation in Baldia Town and arrested four accused. Police also recovered two TT pistols and two motorcycles from them.
Separately, two accused were taken into custody by police in injured condition after an encounter in Liaquatabad and Paposh areas. Police also recovered arms and a stolen motorcycle from arrested accused.
