CM Sindh to chair apex committee meeting today
DG Rangers and IG Sindh will brief the meeting on overall security situation in the province.
KARACHI (Dunya News) –Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah will preside over the meeting of the Sindh apex committee today (Wednesday), reported Dunya News.
Director General (DG) Rangers, Major General Bilal Akbar, and Inspector General (IG) Sindh, AD Khawaja, will brief the meeting on overall security situation in the province whereas Chief Secretary Sindh will share details about the establishment of Anti-Terrorism Courts and appointment of the prosecutors.
The committee will take important decisions on registration of seminaries, formation of judicial enquiry teams, establishment of Anti-Terrorism Courts (ATCs) and appointments of prosecutors. The committee will also discuss provision of special unit for the security of judges and installation of CCTV cameras.
