Harnai: FC, security agencies operation, 2 terrorists killed
FC personnel arrested two alleged militants while two other died due to injuries
HARNAI (Dunya News) – Frontier Corps (FC) arrested four alleged militants and recovered a large quantity of ammunition from Harnai area of Balochistan on Wednesday, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, the weapons including launcher grenade, explosive devices and arms in Harnai district. According to FC spokesman, acting on a tip, FC personnel carried out a search operation in the area and arrested two alleged militants while two other died due to injuries during the cross fire.
The spokesman said that eight grenade launcher bombs, 504 kg improvised explosive devices (IED) and thousands of bullet rounds, 13 wireless sets and 7 mobile phones were seized from the possession of suspects. The hideouts of terrorists were also demolished in search operation by FC personnel.
FC also recovered documents from the possession of terrorists that contained the names and details of people sending extortion money to them. The documents also had accounts of millions of rupees and details of terrorist activities in Balochistan, Karachi and other areas of the country. The important papers included maps of sensitive areas and details of attack on Jaffar Express.
