CNG supply suspended to Punjab for indefinite time
SNGPL official assured to eradicate the energy crisis as early as possible.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) supply to Punjab has been suspended for indefinite time period due to cold weather.
According to Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) official, the supply was halted on Wednesday morning across the province as demand of gas for domestic users has increased due to changing weather.
He said that new schedule for gas restoration would be soon issued as provision of gas to the household users is department’s first priority. No one would be allowed to violate the directives prepared by the company, he added.
Moreover, SNGPL official assured to eradicate the energy crisis as early as possible.
