Air Chief reiterated his commitment to the eradication of terrorism

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman expressed determination to completely wipe out terrorism from Pakistan on Thursday. He said that better Pak-Afghan ties can bring success to the peace process, reported Dunya News.

According to PAF spokesman, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman visited the Pentagon. Speaking at the occasion, he outlined the role of the PAF in operations in North Waziristan and exchanged views on Pakistan s internal security situation. Air Chief reiterated his commitment to the eradication of terrorism. He said that strong Pak-Afghan ties can make the peace process succeed.

Air Chief also met with US counterpart Mark A. Welsh and discussed about joint training between the two countries  air forces.
