Shower inundates Rawalpindi Cantt areas, CEO says situation under control
The locals are facing problems in carrying out daily routine matters
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Monsoon rains on early Saturday inundated cantonment areas however, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) said that rescue teams have got the situation under control.
The low-lying areas of the cantonment were flooded after the early morning shower. The locals are facing problems in carrying out daily routine matters.
The cantonment administration controlled the situation by taking necessary measures without delay.
CEO Fahim Zafar said that low-level flood in drains inundated low-lying areas however, the situation is under control now.
