SKARDU (Dunya News) – District government has reopened closed Gilgit main road due to landsliding whereas the breakage of two bridges in Rando has caused as many as 500 families stranded, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.

The ongoing inundation has completely demolished crops, gardens and trees while land sliding has disconnected the road route of several villages.
