CM Punjab names metro bus service in Rawalpindi as 'Pakistan Metro'

CM Punjab traveled from Sadar to Faizabad along with the locals without protocol.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Sunday paid a visit to newly-inaugurated metro bus in Rawalpindi, Dunya News reported.

According to the details, CM Punjab inspected the activities at the metro bus terminals and also traveled from Sadar to Faizabad along with the locals without protocol.

While talking to the media, Shahbaz Sharif announced to change the name of Rawalpindi metro bus service to Pakistan metro bus service, stating the people across Pakistan are living in Islamabad.

He assured not to compromise on the transportation quality of metro bus and pledged to work for the nation’s relief. He further urged the leadership of all four provinces to come on one platform.

Moreover, CM Punjab showed satisfaction over the response of metro bus service in Rawalpindi.
