Pervaiz Rashid said PTI's vote reduced because of its baseless and false allegations
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid on Sunday said that the Cantonment Board local body elections have affirmed that general election 2013 was fair, Dunya News reported.
Talking to the media in Islamabad, Pervaiz Rashid said that the people in Cantt Boards showed the same voting trend that was shown in general elections in 2013.
He said claims of those who said they have majority following in Cantt Boards have proven wrong, adding that people have exposed ‘lies of container’.
The federal minister said that the government has forgiven Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan but he should seek forgiveness from people for attacking parliament, presidency and PTV center. He urged Imran Khan to come back to container and tell who the people behind the ‘conspiracy’ were.
