LHC bench suspends order of GST imposition on CNG
Lahore high court Rawalpindi bench has rejected the additional General Sales Tax (GST) on CNG.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – During the hearing against GST on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Justice Maqbool Ahmed Bajwa of Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench suspended the order to impose additional GST on CNG.
The decision was challenged by the owners of CNG stations.
The court barred the collection of GST on CNG and issued a notice to the federal government.
