MQM asks traders, transporters to resume routine activities

MQM Coordination Committee has asked the masses, traders, transporters to resume routine activities.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Speaking to the media on Wednesday night, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, has appealed masses, traders and transporters to resume their routine activities.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui further said that their protest sit-ins across Sindh including Karachi would continue.

The routine life remained at standstill in Karachi for the past two days after the arrest of MQM chief Altaf Hussain in London.

On the other hand, Sindh governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad visited MQM Numaish Chowrangi sit-in camp on early Thursday morning.

Addressing the MQM workers, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad said that tie between Altaf Hussain and us, is unbreakable. He also Thanked PM Nawaz Sharif, co-chairman of Pakistan People s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari and leaders of other political parties who extended sympathies towards MQM chief Altaf Hussain.
