Elopement after love with unknown caller headed to tragic end
Police charged Ehsan with kidnapping and phishing whereas Saadia said she's left with regrets.
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – A woman filed for divorce on Saturday after she found out the unknown caller with whom she fell in love and eloped is a middle-aged man with four children, Dunya News reported.
According to reports, Saadia, the resident of Nowshera Warkan befriended unknown caller who was identified as Ehsan and started exchanging details including pictures. Both reportedly vowed to spend rest of their lives together.
The woman ran away with Ehsan and got married in court. However, the love soon turned into hatred when Saadia discovered the man is actually an alcoholic and father of four children. Saadia filed for divorce following the discovery.
Ehsan beat Saadia even in front of the media. Police later took Ehsan into custody after Saadia filed a complaint.
