Hangu: 42 killed, 180 hurt in twin Parachinar blasts
The first bomb was implanted in a motorcycle while the other took place at School Road.
HANGU (Dunya News) - At least 42 people were killed and more than 180 others were injured in twin blasts in Parachinar on Friday.
Police and rescue teams rushed to the site and shifted the dead bodies and wounded to hospital.
According to the Political Agent, the explosive device was placed on a motorcycle while another explosion took place at School Road.
Earlier in another incident, two persons were killed and six others were injured when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) hit a pick-up van on Kurram tribal region s Sherko Road on Friday.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have strongly condemned the blasts.
