Courts ordered to resolve fake degree case by April 4
According to ECP report, 34 cases of bogus degrees were sent to the courts.
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the lower courts to resolve all the fake degree cases by April 4.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the fake degree implementation case.
During case proceeding, reports regarding the pending fake degree cases were submitted by the Election Commission of Pakistan and registrars of the provincial high courts.
