Sheikh Rashid says he is not going to join Pakistan-Tehreek-e-Insaf.

ISLAMABAD (Online) - President of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that his party has only made seat adjustment with Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf and he is not going to join PTI.

He said that the feudal cultural system should be abolished from the country. He said that after elections , a bunch of problems would be in front of the newly elected government , which it would have to handle.

The former minister said that there is a seat adjustment of 10 seats , on which both the parties would not field their candidates against each other.

Responding to a question about contesting election from Multan he said “ Basically I would contest elections from Rawalpindi but now I have become ‘son of Pakistan’ and in Multan feudal landlords have made state within state and to eliminate this obsolete system, transparent elections are imperative”, he added.

He said that my aim is not winning seat. AML is a poor party and it has not so much funds to arrange even a single public meeting but he is thankful to the people that supported him.

He said in reply to another question that he is leaguer and would remain leaguer . If he would has been joined PTI, then why he made so much efforts.
