FIA arrests woman accused of blackmailing through Facebook
The cyber crime suspect was arrested from Sialkot
SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday arrested a suspect of cyber crime. Sadia was accused of befriending Ahsan Rana through Facebook and blackmailing him afterwards.
According to FIA, the suspect trapped Ahsan who lives in London. She started blackmailing him after they became close friends.
Ahsan’s family told that Sadia had threatened him saying she would destroy his marital and family life.
She continued to blackmail Ahsan for some days in return for money. FIA took action of the incident and arrested the suspect before registering a case. She is the first woman to be arrested in Pakistan under the new cyber crime law.
