ANF seizes huge cache of drugs in separate operations
The raids were conducted on a tip off received about the presence of criminal elements.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) on Thursday has recovered large amount of drugs in separate raids in Malir and Shikarpur.
On a tip off received about the presence of criminals, the security forces conducted raid in Malir and seized 442 kilograms of charas and 13 kilograms of opium while a suspect was also taken into custody.
In another operation, ANF confiscated 200 kilograms of hashish from a truck near Sukkur’s Shikarpur area. ANF spokesman said that the drug was taking to Karachi.
Separately, the security personnel also impounded courier bag carrying heroin.
