Mian Channu local douses wife in acid for demanding money
Doctors have termed Noreen's condition critical
MIAN CHANNU (Dunya News) – Culprit doused his wife in acid and set her on fire for demanding money to run the household in Chak-111, Dunya News reported Tuesday.
The attacked woman was rushed to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) where she could not be treated owing to lack of facilities.
The victimized wife was then shifted to Multan’s Nishtar Hospital where medics stated that 40 percent of her body was burnt.
Doctors have termed Noreen’s condition critical and foreboded that she would not be able to give birth anymore. On the other hand, Noreen’s husband has threatened to kill her in case she seeks registration of a case against him.
