Sukkur: Two dacoits killed during police encounter
Exterminated robbers were wanted for kidnapping, murder and other serious crimes.
SUKKUR (Dunya News) – Two dacoits were killed late Sunday night during a police encounter in Kandhera area of Rohri district, Sukkur. According to the police, the exterminated robbers were wanted for kidnapping, murder and other serious crimes.
The suspects opened fire upon seeing the police. The felons were killed during an exchange of fire. Meanwhile the accomplices of the suspects managed to escape using the cover of the night.
The killed suspects have been identified as Waji Shah and Ali Somro.
Inspector-General (IG) Sindh has announced a reward of Rs. 500,000 for the police team responsible for gunning down the felons.
