Mohammad Hafeez's bowling action test was conducted on November 1 in England.

LAHORE (Roznama Dunya) – Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez is anxiously waiting for the result of his bowling action test that was conducted on November 1 in England, Roznama Dunya reported on Tuesday.

The all-rounder is hopeful to get his action cleared once again. Hafeez’s bowling consultant Carl Crowe has said that his action has improved a lot and hoped that it will be approved by the International Cricket Council (ICC) as there is no flaw in it.

Mohammad Hafeez’s bowling action was reported by the match officials in third one-day international (ODI) against Sri Lanka on October 18. The all-rounder was directed to undergo biomechanics bowling test within 14 days by the authorities, however, he was not suspended from bowling during this period.

It is worth mentioning here that the 37-year-old’s bowling action has been reported for third time in past three years, and he cleared his action in India last time. Before leaving for England, Hafeez said he was very confident to clear this test, as he is bowling with same remodeled action since he got cleared by ICC.

Let it be known that Mohammad Hafeez is the number one ranked all-rounder in ODIs at the moment.
