World Bank approves grant of $190 million debt for Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – World Bank on Wednesday approved a grant of $190 million debts for Pakistan.

The World Bank will discuss on how to improve electricity generation in the country and will provide debts. Moreover, the agreement was signed in the federal city.

The agreement was signed by senior officer of federal government Asad Hayauddin and World Bank Manager Anjum Ahmad.

Moreover, the representatives of HESCO, HEPCO and PESCO also signed the agreement. It is pertinent to mention here that agreement will also play a key role in establishing National Electricity policy 2021.
