Police in Northern Ireland said that they have discovered an arms cache, just days after a car bombing that killed a policeman in the province, while police in Scotland made a related arrest.Kalashnikov rifles, rocket launcher components and possibly explosive were discovered on Tuesday night in east Tyrone, police said.
