Another earthquake rocks Japan, tsunami warning issued

An earthquake of 6.5 magnitude rocked eastern Japan as officials issue a fresh tsunami warning.

No casualties have been reported due to the earthquake. According to the Geology Department of Japan due to the earthquake, a wave of at least one and a half metre could rise from the ocean. According to the officials, the earthquake came off the shore of Honshu at 7am Japanese local time. So far, more than 27,000 people have been killed in the Japanese earthquake and tsunami.According to geological reports, the epicentre of the earthquake was 109 kilometres east of Sendai, Honshu and was 5.9 kilometres deep.
