A suspected dacoit got killed during a shootout in the area of Battala in Faisalabad.According to the police, dacoits snatched a bike from a person named Najam and were trying to flee when they were intercepted by police on a check post. The dacoits opened fire on police and in retaliation police also fired at the dacoits due to which one dacoit got killed instantly, while the other managed to escape.
