Commonwealth Games: National Hockey Team leaves for Holland

National hockey team has departed on a twenty day tour for Holland in order to practice and participate in Commonwealth Games.The national hockey team departed from Lahore airport at 5 am for a twenty day tour to Holland for the Commonwealth Games. The national team which comprises of 19 players will play 7 to 8 matches with Poland and Belgium; where as team will also play some training matches with various clubs of Holland. Talking to media at Lahore airport, hockey teams captain Zeeshan Ashraf told that Hollands tour will be very fruitful in terms of hockey teams performance. He also told the Pakistan Hockey Federation is also trying to conduct matches with Holland team which will raise charity for the flood victims in Pakistan.
