Lahore: 5 railways crossings closed on non-payment

Pakistan Railways has issued notices to close five railways crossings due to non payment.

The City District Government of Lahore Road Wing owed Rs 13 million to PR for last two years. The PR had served notices to the CDGL many times but no amount was paid.PR has closed Dharampura crossing permanently and warned the CDGL if dues were not cleared, four other crossings would also be closed. The closure of the crossing has been creating problems to the locals.
