Quetta tragedy: Lawyers observe strike
Lawyers have been observing strike in various cities of the country against the Quetta tragedy.
LAHORE: Lawyers in various cities including Lahore Quetta, Karachi, Daska and Kasur observed strike on Monday to express solidarity with the victim families of the Quetta carnage and boycotted court proceedings.
The lawyers during a general body meeting presented a resolution against the Quetta carnage, demanding an end to bloodshed, which was approved by the house. The lawyers boycotted the court proceedings in response to the call of the Pakistan Bar Council (PBC).
