SC moved for disqualification of President, PM

The Supreme Court was moved for the disqualification of the President, the Prime Minister and MNAs.

In the petition filed by Advocate Habib Wahab Al-Khairi, it is stated that the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister and all members of National Assembly do not full fill the criteria mentioned in the article of 62 and 63 of the constitution, therefore, they should be declared disqualified.The petitioner requested the Supreme Court to direct the Election Commission of Pakistan for fresh election after the decision of disqualification and order to take back the robbed money from Swiss banks.It is also requested in the petition that the apex court should intervene to protect the institutions.The President, the Prime Minister, members of National Assembly, Army Chief, and DG ISI were made the respondents in the petition.
