Inflation rate in Pakistan is highest in the region, according a report of the IMF.

In another startling revelation, the International Monetary Fund said that the ratio of economic development in Pakistan is not even half of the average growth rate in the region.Pakistan’s average growth rate is projected to be 3.8 percent against the region’s average of 8 percent. On the other hand, inflation is project to stay in double digits (14 percent). The report says inflation in Pakistan is highest in the whole of region.
