Sarfraz Shahs brother seeks capital punishment for six other convicts

Salik Shah, the brother slain Sarfraz Shah, filed a petition in the Sindh High Court.

Salik Shah maintained in his petition that the crime of all convicts in Sarfraz Shah murder case was equal.They deliberately injured Sarfraz and watching him wriggling with pain, instead of taking him to the hospital, the petitioner said, adding that when they all were charged with the same crime, the punishment too should be same for them.The petitioner prayed the court to change the life in prison sentence of six convicts into capital punishment.
