9 more die as bloodbath continues in Karachi

At least nine people have been killed in different violent incidents since Monday morning.

Despite presence of the Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik and other high level authorities in Karachi, bloodbath could not be controlled where at least nine people have been killed in different incidents of violence since Monday morning.According to reports, three men were shot dead in Garden area of the city while one more was gunned down in New Town Colony by unknown miscreants.A body stuffed in a gunny bag was recovered from Ismail Goth near Eighty Nine Area of Landhi. Body of another man, Abdul Karim was recovered from PIB Colony near a Railway Gate.Body of Mehtab was found from Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block-6. According to police sources, the deceased is a resident of Gulshan-e-Iqbal.Meanwhile, unidentified saboteurs injured Naved Abbas, 28 in Zia Colony of Korangi. Injured Zia was shifted to Jinnah Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
