Karachi: DIGs of three zones replaced

Sindh polices DIGs in three Karachi zones have been changed and their replacements notified.

Special Branch’s DIG Commander Shaukat has been made DIG South, Imran Yaqoob Minhas DIG West and DIG IGSRP Naeem Baruka has been appointed DIG East.On the other hand, Shabbir Sheikh, who was waiting for promotion, has been made Additional IG CID and Falak Sher Additional IG Sindh and DIG West Sultan Khawaja has been made DIG SRP. DIG South Iqbal Mehmood is proceeding on leave while DIG East Tahir Naveed is going abroad for training.
