Twin US drone strikes kill 21 in SW

At least 21 people were killed in two US drone strikes in South Waziristan.

According to the local media reports, drones launched two strikes in the same or adjacent area of tehsil Shawal.During the first strike launched Monday afternoon, four missiles were fired by US drones at a vehicle suspected of carrying militants, reportedly killing 8 people.The second strike, which was launched late Monday night in the Mantoi area of South Waziristan killed 13 people in two houses.The identities of those killed in the strike were not known.
