Hamza Shehbaz is in Kot Lakhpat Jail on judicial remand in money laundering case
LAHORE (Dunya News) – An accountability court has ordered to allow home-cooked food and other facilities in the jail to Opposition Leader of Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz Sharif.
As per details, Accountability Court Judge Jawad-ul-Hassan heard the petition of Hamza Shehbaz which states that the PML-N leader is opposition leader in the Punjab Assembly and he is being subjected to political revenge in jail as not providing facilities allowed as per law is a violation of fundamental rights.
The petitioner requested the court to allow home-cooked meals and other facilities be provided in the jail.
It is pertinent to mention here that Hamza Shehbaz is in Kot Lakhpat Jail on judicial remand in money laundering case.
