Quetta: Senior doctor of BMC succumbs of COVID-19

QUETTA (Dunya News) – A senior doctor of the Bolan Medical Complex (BMC) died on Thursday while fighting against coronavirus, Dunya News reported
Dr Zubair Khan, who was in charge of Trauma Centre at the BMC, was tested positive for the novel coronavirus a few days ago and war under treatment at a hospital in Quetta.
Secretary Health Balochistan Dosteen Khan Jamaldini and Director General Health Services Dr. Muhammad Saleem Abro have expressed remorse over Dr Zubair Khan demise.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan has seen rapid growth in fatalities from coronavirus in the current month. Pakistan on Thursday confirmed 36 more deaths from novel coronavirus in one day as the nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 1,260 and positive cases surged to 61,227.
