PM summons parliamentary meeting of coalition partners today

FATA member decided to boycott the meeting as a protest for not resolving their concerns.

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani summoned a joint parliamentary party meeting of the coalition partners in Islamabad.Parliamentary members of the government’s coalition partners, Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q), Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and the Awami National Party (ANP) would participate in the meeting.In the meeting, the budget 2011 of the new fiscal year would be discussed along with the political situation of the country. Statements made by the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and various other issues would also be discussed in the meeting.According to sources, meeting of the parliamentary members of coalition partners FATA was held in Islamabad. In the meeting, the parliamentary members decided not to attend the meeting because their reservation had not been resolved.
