The Balochistan High Court two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Eisa and Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel summoned federal and interior secretaries as well as IG Balochistan on May 18 for not arresting the nominated accused in Nawab Akbar Bugti’s murder.The accused in the FIR included former president Pervez Musharraf, former federal interior minister Aftab Ahmad Sherpao, former Balochistan governor Awais Ahmad Ghani, former Balochistan chief minister Jam Yusuf and former provincial minister Shoaib Nosherwani.
